Hi! I’m a master’s graduate (Fall 2024) preparing for my PSW visa. I’ve accepted a full-time job offer and have completed most of the onboarding process. Currently waiting for my DBS check, planning to move around mid-November. I’m looking for a flatmate to share a 2B2B apartment (bills and tax shared).

About Me
• Personality: ENFP, easy-going, responsible, and tidy.
• I enjoy cooking (especially Chinese dishes) and always clean up afterward.
• Used to keeping common areas neat and maintaining hygiene together.
• I’m respectful of others’ schedules.
• Open-minded—I can get along well with both warm and introverted people.
• Non-smoker and not a heavy drinker (occasional social drinking only).
• Prefer flatmates who also don’t smoke indoors or drink excessively.

• Prefer somewhere slightly east of the city centre, near a bus station for easy commuting.
• Will be cycling or taking the bus to work, so convenience is key.
• Looking for a 2B2B flat, ideally modern and well-maintained.
• Budget: £700/month (including bills & tax), can go up 100 if extremely satisfied.
• Open to viewing together if you already have a flat in mind.
• Gender and nationality don’t matter—just be respectful, tidy, and friendly.
• Pets are welcome if allowed by the landlord.
