Looking for decent size room in Bristol

Hi, I'm Louis. I've recently moved to Bristol, but due to some personal circumstances, I'm now looking for a new place to call home. I work for a major UK automotive manufacturer and split my time between working from home and going into the office a couple of times a week.

Outside of work, I’m into climbing, surfing, film photography, and heading off on adventures in my old van. I used to play in a band and still pick up the guitar now and then — I love going to gigs and exploring new music. These days I’m more into chilled evenings than big nights out, so I’m looking for a relaxed space where I can unwind and recharge.

Ideally, I’m after a room that’s a decent size — enough space to work from home comfortably and store some gear for my hobbies. In return, I bring a solid coffee setup, good chat, and a laid-back vibe. Parking is a must (on-street is fine) and a space to park my bike would be great! Budget is £1000 inc bills.
