Looking for a friendly houseshare ✨

Hello!

I'm looking for a double room in BS7, BS6, BS5, BS2, for a max budget of £700 for rent (without bills). But really hoping to find for less!

Here's a bit about me:
I'm Chloé, 33, originally from France, but Bristol’s always felt like home. I lived in Bristol for years, went away, and recently returned because I missed it too much!

I'm into music, yoga, cooking, podcasts, hiking, cycling, running, being in nature.
My weekends tend to be pretty wholesome: reading, catching up with friends, cultural stuff, walks/hikes or camping in summer. I love a good pub trip and going for a dance from time to time.

I have two jobs that I do working from home: I'm a freelance motion designer (I make animations) and I also work for 2 days a week for an organisation that supports neurodivergent people. (I don't use more heating in winter from being home during the day, if that's a worry. I'm well equiped!)

Finding a place where I really get along with my housemates is my top priority. I'm looking for a home with people I can be friends with, not just share a space with. I know people in Bristol already so I wouldn't solely rely on this for social time but it would be lovely to chat, share a meal when we can, go to the pub etc.

In terms of vibe, I’m looking for a cozy place I can call home, with people who enjoy a friendly, chilled atmosphere.
Keeping the shared spaces tidy and clean is important to me (without being obsessive) and I'm respectful of others.
I love spending time with people and also regularly need some time on my own to recharge :)

Admin bit:
- I have Settled Status (permanent residency status), so I can provide proof of my right to rent
- I can supply proof of freelance earnings for 2024 (officially translated) + current work contract
- I can provide a reference from my current Bristol landlords
- If needed, my parents can act as guarantors
- I'm completely flexible for move in date, whenever suits
