Mature, working, student looking for studio/annex

I am a 29 year old mature student at ARU that runs a bar in a sports and social club in the evenings. I have been working 15+ years and as such have developed a sense of responsibility and set of ethics that leave me struggling to share accomodation facilities with younger individuals. It is for this reason I seek self contained accomodation such as annexes, studios, and anything that provides similar.

I make little noise, cause no fuss, am generally a laid back person.

I need atleast a double bed, because I am tall and wont fit otherwise...

I need my own facilities to wash myself, clothes, and dishes myself,
Cooking requirements are minimal...

I intend to rent long term, as I have a job I am settled in, and am committed to uni for atleast 3 years.

Bonus points if there is sunlight, or outside area.
I do not have animals, however I had dogs my whole life before moving to cambridge last year so I am happy if the property comes with animals.

I have experience in landscape gardening and would be happy for working arrangements if you need help maintaining your outside spaces.

I would be open to sharing a property but only if it is with one other person, and we have our own ensuites. Otherwise,
