Looking for my new home in London

I’m looking for a new home in London :)

I’m originally from Germany and work full-time (9–5) for a property company here in London. I usually go to the office, though I might work from home occasionally.

I enjoy a healthy lifestyle and like a good mix between going out, meeting new people, and having some time for myself as well. I’d love to be friends with my new housemates, but I also respect everyone’s personal space.

I’m really looking for a place I can call home rather than just a room. Ideally, it would be a large, bright room in a calm and friendly home where people get along and enjoy spending time together now and then. I’m tidy, clean, and like to take good care of my surroundings.

In my free time I’m into sports like boxing, running, and tennis. I love cooking (even if I’m still learning!) and trying new restaurants around London.

I’m looking to move around 1st January, but could be a bit flexible — a little earlier or later if the right place comes up. My budget is around £1,200 per month (not including bills), and I’m hoping to find something long-term, ideally a home to settle in for a while.
