Rm in Borough of Richmond for working professional

Hello, my name is James and I am a full-time working professional as a Parts consultant for a automotive manufacturer (customer service field).

I am wanting to be a tenant for someone who may have a single/double room in either of the following areas:

1.) Richmond
2) Hampton
3.) Twickenham
4.) Teddington
5.) Whitton

I like meeting new people but at the same time, I do value having a quiet downtime after a challenging day at work. I appreciate cleanliness in the kitchen & bathrooms so I always like to keep those areas clean as soon as I have finished using those facilities. I would like the property to have all bills included, as well as off-street parking included too. For any landlords/tenants with pets - I appreciate dogs & cats (coming from a family with pets).
