Employed,male, 37.Due to relationship breakdown..

I am a male aged 37.
Due to relationship breakdown I am looking for a single/preferably double room available as soon as possible I have a budget of £500/550pm approx.
Im clean, quiet & tidy.
I work nights so an out from roughly
10 pm - 7am
3-5 evenings a week depending on rota.
Im quiet so wont wake anyone.
Im handy having round the home, diy to gardening (have owned and managed successful gardening/landscaping companies)
Im used to living with animals (huge dog lover) and smokers so thats not a problem for me.
When im not at work i enjoy spending time with my children aged 11&13, who id like to be able to have stay one or two nights every 2-3 weeks.
I also have 3 older step children 21,15&17 from my previous 15 year marriage i see .. (when they have time !) but they dont stay.
I drive so rural accommodation isnt a problem.
