Looking to a buddy up for a flat ASAP

Hey! I’m Junaid (29) from Cardiff.
I work in renewables and I’m starting a new job in Manchester on the 3rd of November, so I’m looking for a flatmate to buddy up with ASAP.

Budget: up to £1,000pcm incl. bills
Location: as close to the city centre as possible (parking would be ideal)

I’ve already found a great place with onsite gym, pool, sauna and steam room. It’s modern, close to the centre, and ready to secure just need one more person on the tenancy so we can lock it in.

A bit about me:

Social and outgoing, but also respectful of personal space

Into fitness and gaming

I don’t drink or smoke — but I am still 100% down for nights out, concerts, comedy nights, arcades, random adventures etc.

Generally easy going, clean, and chill to live with

I drive and will happily give lifts
