Young professional seeking short let

I am newly moving to Cardiff after getting a job in South Wales.

I am looking for a short let of 3-4 months while I save a little to move into a flat on my own, but would be interested in extending the tenancy if I like the property and flatmates.

I am starting in January, so would ideally like to move in around the 20th of December, or just after New Years. I will be working mostly 9-6, with some out of hours in the week and on weekends where I'd stay at work overnight.

I am 23, just left uni in Bristol, and am starting my first role as a small animal vet. I adore animals so any pets would be a bonus!

My preferences are living with up to three other people, with at least one other woman. I am generally clean and tidy, and prefer flatmates who are similar.

As I will be driving to work, reliable parking nearby is essential.
