22F looking for a tidy single/double room.

Hi! I’m a 22-year-old female looking for a tidy and comfortable single or double room to move in from 01/01/2026. Ideally, I’d like a new and well-kept room; an ensuite would be great, but I’m okay with sharing a bathroom as long as I don’t have to share the bedroom. I’m looking for a safe and well-located area with good access to transport, shops, and amenities, and somewhere that has opportunities for both full-time and part-time jobs, as I’m currently job hunting. My budget is ideally up to £220 per week, though I could stretch to £230 for the right place. I’m open to sharing with males or females of any age and am looking for a friendly, harmonious flatshare.
