American male staying 18 weeks

Ideal window is 28 December - 6 May. I could find another place for 28-31 Dec and 1-6 May, I suspect.

I'm a straight, single, 56-year old American visiting London for my niece's college graduation (23 January), and staying in London for a few months sounds lovely.
Admittedly, here in 2025, many places outside the USA sound lovely. :-)

I converted one of my January speaking gigs (IIBA-UK) into an in-person event.

I have already registered for this 12-week Latin Dance team.

I plan to spend a lot of time writing my third book.

From what I can tell, my ideal postcodes are W1, W2, W6, W8, W14, SW1, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW10, WC1, WC2. I could consider outside that though.

Sharing a bathroom is ok. Having my own bathroom is only a nice-to-have. Respectable water pressure might be my only picky request. :-)
