Female Software Engineer - Ensuite Only

Hello!

I am looking for an ensuite room in a modern apartment.

Requirements:

⭐ 3/4 person flatshare
⭐ Furnished
⭐ Location - Good transport to Liverpool St. Not south east london (just bored of it).
Bonus: Coworking space

About me:
💻 I work 2/3 days in the office and the rest from home. 9-5PM.

🍎 I prefer a friendly and sociable space but with relatively independent living day to day. I also know that it is important to be comfortable with the people you live with, so you can feel at home!
🍎 My attitude is that living with others is best when everyone is easy-going and as adaptable as possible to others, whilst being personally responsible and considerate! I'm not into being nitpicked, or nitpicking others. I am also happy to discuss upfront what people's preferences are e. g. quiet hours, guests etc.

🍏 I am definitely CLEAN! I empty bins, clean up soon after cooking and eating, and wipe shared surfaces.
🍏 I usually cook on Saturday mornings/afternoons, and occasionally in the evenings around 6PM.

👫🏻 I will be renting as a single person, but I have a boyfriend who will occasionally visit (no more than 2/3 times a week). He is a quiet and respectful person doing a physics PhD.

About Me:
💡 British born asian (Vietnamese/Chinese)
💡 26yr old straight female. Don't mind sharing with guys, just not 1-1 or outnumbered.
💡 I am learning to cook and would like to host the occasional flat dinner. You would be welcome!
💡 A comfortable living situation is most important, but living with interesting people up for learning and/or doing projects together would be cool. (I am a backend software engineer - mostly scala, functional programming - but I can learn anything). ⚒️ This would be a bonus, but not necessary.
💡 I don't smoke or have pets. I absolutely love cats but I don't like their hair getting everywhere :(
💗 Some of my interests are: health & wellness, sauna and ice baths, programming/computation, maths, cooking, business and entrepreneurship, finance, a bit of psychology and spirituality.
