Late Dec/Jan - Ensuite Room in Modern Flat Wanted

Hello!

I am looking for an ensuite room in a modern apartment or house in late Dec / Jan 2026.

Preferences:
⭐ Ensuite
⭐ Modern apartment
⭐ Furnished
⭐ Location: Good transport to Liverpool St. But not too central.
⭐ Sharing with 2/3 people, clean home environment..

Bonuses:
⭐ Close to a park / green space
⭐ Onsite gym and coworking spaces
⭐ In Wembley Park (would make the move easier), but not necessary.

About me:
💻 I am a software engineer, working 2/3 days in the office and the rest from home.
🍏 I prefer a friendly space with relatively independent living day to day, but am also happy to connect.
🍏 I am definitely CLEAN! (I empty bins, clean up after cooking and eating, and wipe shared surfaces.)
🍏 I am quite routine oriented and fairly organised, so living with me should be quite calm and predictable - chores on Saturday etc. I am perfectly happy to discuss flatsharing matters upfront and have a chill and smooth sailing time ahead.
👫🏻 I will be renting as a single person, but I have a boyfriend who will occasionally visit (no more than 2/3 times a week). He is a quiet and respectful person doing a physics PhD - since I have an ensuite we should barely be noticeable. Happy to discuss this upfront so it isn't an issue!

💗 Other than that, I am friendly, curious, like learning new things and tend to get along with entrepreneurial people. I also would like my living space to be a bit more aesthetic. I will probably put some flowers on the kitchen table ;) I am sociable, but like my home to be a space where I can decompress.
💗 To give you an idea of who I am, some of my interests are: health, mindfulness, sauna and ice baths, programming/computation, math, flowers, cooking, wellness, business and entrepreneurship, finance, a bit of psychology and spirituality, philosophy (ish), languages.
