Hey! I’m a 25 y/o young professional working in fashion marketing, in the office 3–5 days a week.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easy-going, I like a place to feel relaxed but well kept. Outside of work you’ll find me out to eat, for a drink or walk with friends, watching films/tv, working out or reading.

I’m looking to move sometime soon (flexible on dates around Jan 2026) with a budget of around £850 inc. bills, but open to options around this.

I’m looking for either a spare room, or to find a new place with someone preferably in or around Ancoats, Northern Quarter, City Centre.
