Looking for a Room in Manchester

Hi, I’m Emily, a 28-year-old professional moving from Sheffield to Manchester in February to start a Top-Up course at university. I’ve been working as a registered nurse for 5 years and am really looking forward to this next step in my career.

I’m looking for a double room in a clean, comfortable, and relaxed house or flat share. Ideally somewhere that feels homely not a party house, but definitely friendly and sociable. Proximity to public transport or the city centre would be a big plus.

I’d love to live with other professionals or postgraduate/professional students who are considerate, tidy, and easy-going. A house where everyone gets along, respects each other’s space, and maybe shares the occasional meal or chat after work would be perfect.

As a flatmate, I’m tidy, friendly, and considerate. I work shifts, so I appreciate a calm environment where I can rest, but I’m always up for a friendly chat or a cup of tea when I’m around. I’m easy to get along with and like to keep things clean and organised.

Outside of work and study, I’m really into fitness and train for HYROX events, so I love keeping active. I also enjoy getting outdoors, going for walks, and spending time in nature to unwind. I’m a bit of a foodie, always up for trying new restaurants or recipes, and I love dressing up, love the pub and cheeky glass of wine.
