Easy going professional looking for a room

I’m Joe, 22, and I work in customer services. I’m looking for a friendly, sociable house share ideally in Salford / City centre / Rusholme / Chorlton / Hulme / Fallowfield area, or anywhere with an easy commute to Salford Quays (ideally under half an hour).

I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I like to keep shared spaces clean but relaxed. In my spare time I’m into the gym, pub, chess and football.

Im looking for a double room, budget up to £650 pcm (including bills ideally).

Move-in from 01/06

Housemates who are friendly, easy-going and up for the occasional pint or film night but also respect each other’s space.

Bonus points if there’s decent transport to Salford Quays / Exchange Square and Fallowfield.
