Professional seeking flatmate in Liverpool

Hello! I’m a 30 yr old working professional currently living in Warwickshire but looking to move to Liverpool in early 2026. I work for a government agency and plan to transfer to their Liverpool office, which is based within the centre. Looking to rent a quiet flat which is close to the centre and which has parking. Would preferably have an en-suite room, be unfurnished and be on the top floor if possible (that one is not a dealbreaker 😂).

I am very clean (a bit of a neat freak!) and do not smoke. Hobbies include kickboxing, Pilates, outdoorsy activities and I’m keen to meet new people when I move. I am social but equally like my own space, looking to share with someone like-minded and respectful.
