I am a professional male aged 38. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move in from now, and looking for something up to £700pm

I would prefer to share a 2 bed flat but not opposed to a HMO.

I am currently in a 1 bed flat but need to move due to the increase in rent, i would ideally want to fit my desk in the room as i work from home and also paint models (Warhammer) professionally.

I have a lot of items I can bring with me including a coffee machine and air fryer if these would be beneficial.

I am down to earth guy, can be quite but once I get to know you I will open up.

I love to cook and self taught, like to keep to my self but also love to have fun.

I have 4 kids that I see on the weekends and they keep me busy.
