Hi I am Ed, a PhD student turning 23 next week! I am going to be starting my PhD in mid January so looking for a house that is available in Decemeber/January time that is within a 20-30 minute walk from the UoB campus. I am a tidy flatmate who likes going to the gym and being outside in my spare time as well as a cosy night in as the weather gets colder.
