28 Professional Room Needed ~ Regent's Park

I’m looking for a cozy place to move in from the beginning of May (from the 1st onwards). My workplace is near Regent's Park, so I would love to find somewhere nearby or with direct tube/train connections.

My budget is around £700, but of course we can discuss to find what works for both of us. Ensuite is preferred but not a must :-)

I’m respectful, friendly, and mostly mind my own business (and my kitchen utensils only take up one square meter, I promise).

I’m working from home 2 days a week, so you might see me here and there, but I will mostly be in my room. I am 24/7 open for an introspective chat, but I also know when to shhh myself to keep the place peaceful.
