Looking for a clean room close to hurst street.

Hello, I am looking for a single or double room, ready to move in. I am a British National citizen. I work in the Chinese village. I am looking for a room that is walking distance to the gay Village. I can afford £600.00 per month and currently working on getting help from the council to help me with rent; Maybe that way I can pay more. I want my room to have a safe lock with a key to lock it, and with a shared kitchen and washing machine to do my laundry. I am very easy going Single white, Italian Spanish Mexican. I love to cook. I don’t have many friends, only a few that I can count with one hand. I like a drink or two once a week, and I don’t mind having others of young age or older, gay or straight or bisexual is fine, men or women. I am looking to move in as soon as we agree on rates and finding a very clean room that I can call home and walk into the city centre. Please contact me as soon as possible. I would love to move in and tranfer my stuff as I am staying in hotels and they are costly.
