Easy going man for room.

Hiya, I am looking for somewhere to stay in the area for a couple days every couple of weeks for now whilst I I attend a specialist eye treatment course. For now can be flexible but only really wanting a couple days for now with the potential of being more official/ full time in the future. This is because due to a breakup with my ex I'm actually looking for somewhere to stay full time and could easily relocate with my job for the right landlord.

I'm not just interested in a living relationship but a friendship/ companionship with the person I'm living with as I want the landlord and myself to be comfortable with eachother.

As well as paying I can also offer value , such as free taxi's / shopping trips when I'm at home as I drive so if you don't I might be of benefit. I am also good at moving and lifting and helping out in anyway you need me to that I can do. I can also give massages and pretty good with tech stuff so I can offer value.. I will not use your heating other than the occasional quick shower. I can handle my own washing outside as well as my own food so I'm independent in that department. I respect your bills and I am easy to live with and can either be good company or can stay out the way but I have a very good social cue and I'm also body positive and not judgemental at all.

little about me, I am chatty and friendly so if you are maybe older or lonely I might appeal to you, I can also be chilled. I am into many hobbies including mountain biking, motorcycles and naturism and your every day things like going to the gym. I am diagnosed with ADHD and have lots of energy , I can talk a lot especially if I haven't worked out but I know when I was m being annoying so I wont annoy you , I have a very good socal intuition. I am also learning how to play the piano which I do one lesson a week.

I am not fussy or bothered about noise , I am easy to live with.

For now I can be flexible about what days a week I can stay as well as how long so it can be up to you. , I am looking for a value + money deal situation rather than anything official yet as I'm still needed at my mother's house to help when I can. I am fine paying cash and with it only being a couple days it would need to be classed as a tenancy but if it works out will happly sign a contract in the future.

I do have lots of air bib reviews I can show you if you need some kind of reference all of which say I am apparently "lovely" and easy going. I am also a body positive person and I have seen plenty so I am not patronising or you wont feel uncomfortable around me.

I do work night shifts so most of the days I stay I'm in bed and wont be in your way unless you need my company or a hand. I can adapt for how you live rather than you having to adapt to me.

I can also do temporary stays maybe if you have a room vacant untill someone moves in or if you simply just want to dip your toe in the water to see what it's like hosting a lodger without any contracts being involved.
