I will be affiliated with St Hugh's College and am hoping to find a place that allows for an easy commute to the college for my studies.
Room requirements:
I am looking for a furnished room for a fixed term from 26th January 2026 to 31st December 2026. My strong preference is for a room with a private kitchenette and, most importantly, a private ensuite bathroom. I am open to considering a houseshare, but a private bathroom is a necessity. A studio or self-contained flat would be ideal.
Must-haves or deal-breakers:
· Must be furnished.
· Bills must be included (council tax, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi).
· A private ensuite bathroom is an absolute requirement.
· Location: The highest priority is a property within close proximity to St Hugh's College. Alternatively, I would consider a location in the city centre or another area with excellent transport links and amenities for convenience.
