A furnished room in a well-kept home 🏡

Reliable Wi-Fi (I sometimes work/study online)

Parking space or nearby on-street parking

550 pcm max, bills included if possible

A minimum 3-month stay with potential to extend

A relaxed atmosphere and mutual respect are important to me, I like to keep things tidy, enjoy a chat over a cuppa, but also appreciate quiet time and personal space.
