I’m looking for a comfortable room (at least 100 sq ft / around 9–10 m²), furnished or unfurnished, either is fine.
I’m a tidy, considerate professional in my late thirties who values a calm and respectful home environment. I’m easy to get along with, like to keep things neat, and always respect others’ space and privacy.
I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets. I’d ideally like to live with another female, but I’m also open to mixed households if it’s a good fit.
