Doctor relocating from Australia

Hi, I’m Hamzah, 28, a doctor moving to Bristol in late January to start training at the BRI.

ABOUT ME
I’ve been living in Australia for the last two years and am now moving back to the UK. I’ve always lived in house-shares and really value a friendly, relaxed home where people get on.
I'm super clean, tidy, considerate and respectful. I enjoy cooking and baking, and love both a chilled night in or heading out for food, pub, or gigs/festivals. I’m pretty active (gym and running mainly) and may also go away some weekends visiting family in Manchester or catching up with friends around the UK. I'll be working most days of the week including nights and weekends. I have a 3-year contract in Bristol/Bath for work.

LOCATION
I lived in Clifton pre-Aus and love Bristol. Ideally, I’d like to be within walking distance of the BRI (e. g., Southville, Bedminster, Cotham, Clifton, Redland, St Pauls, Bishopston, Totterdown – roughly 30 mins or less), but I’m flexible if it’s a great house. I also value being near cafes, bakeries, and good food spots.

WHAT I'M AFTER
A furnished double room would be ideal +/- with other like-minded professionals. A parking spot (on or off street) would be great. After a sociable but respectful household. Duration is flexible (6 months - 1 year ideally but open to more/less). Ideal move in date would be between 28th Jan - 3rd Feb (can do slightly earlier/later for the right place). Budget: £800–£900 pcm (excl. bills).
