Seeking rental in easy-going, friendly house share

Hi hi, I'm Kate! I'm Irish and currently pursuing my MSc. I'm looking for a calm, easy-going, and friendly home. I have experience house sharing and enjoy a catch-up over a cuppa / shared meal, but can also respect each other's space. I'm friendly, clean, and enjoy being out in nature, playing tennis, surfing, camping, hiking, and cooking. My budget is £850/month (flexible for the right fit). There's flexibility with my move date.
