25, professional- Leith room wanted!

Hi! I’m looking for an open room or someone to flat hunt with, aiming for move-in around early to mid-December 2025.

Looking for anywhere in Leith/Leith Walk/Canonmills area (on either side/end of the walk, EH6 and EH7)
Budget is max 750-800 incl. bills

I’m 25, from Canada originally. I work for a youth charity & wfh most days. I’m pretty social and enjoy going to gigs, baking, getting outside, dinners with friends, etc. I’m always up for a chat, movie, or pint. I’m easygoing, I like keeping things nice and tidy/clean in a flat & I respect other people’s space! I also have a UK guarantor and references.
