Professional Looking For A Flat Share In Edinburgh

Hi I’m nina, I’ve been living alone in Edinburgh for a couple of years, but I’m looking for a new flat share before april. I’m chill, I’m quite a quiet person & I bake more stuff than I can eat. I like to make my personal space cozy and cute. I work a bit from home (one of my two jobs) but its very non invasive, I can just do it on my ipad from anywhere. I’m just looking for chill people I suppose- I’m not sure how the checks work, like smoking is no problem for me as long as you do it out the window or something. I’m not sure if what ive ticked reflects that lol sorry, I just really don’t mind. As long as you are easygoing & chill that sounds good to me. I’d be open to the buddying up thing, I’m just not sure how to do that on here.

I have a cat, he is very sweet, but he is somewhat chaotic & I wanna be upfront about that, here is a list of behaviours I hope describe him well:

His best attributes: he likes cuddles, being pet, he will follow you around anywhere. He is very good when left home alone, he never knocks anything over when he is left alone- i think he just sleeps. He is fixed & litter trained. He doesn’t steal claimed food, you are good to eat pizza around him (but may lick a dip pot if you leave it out). He sleeps most of the day.

His worst attributes: his first owner wanted him to be a guard cat (??????) so trained him to play rough. He bites for fun, but it is quite gentle. If you give him your hand to play with during zoomies he will grab with his paws and bite it, it is the grabbing that hurts. He gets major zoomies, he has a wheel he will run on if he cannot contain himself. His worst crime is biting bare legs, but truly just do not let him follow you into the shower and this is completely avoidable.

As his owner I would obviously do my best to keep him in line, I’d hate for him to be a problem.
Overall I think he is good company, but his quirks can be off putting to some. If you would like to meet him before making any agreements I would be really up for that!
