Only 10 minutes walk to Bruce Grove overground which connects to Seven Sisters underground (2 minutes) and Liverpool Street (25 minutes) . It’s a lovely Victorian house with plenty of space and sunshine ☀️ The property also comes with a secure bike storage unit at the front of the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a door which leads to a large, private garden. The bathroom has recently been renovated and the boiler replaced. The original Edwardian floorboards have been sanded and the walls given a fresh coat of paint. The garden has been well maintained and comes with storage and electric mower. The rent is 900£ + Bills 175£
