Flat mate wanted

My name is John, and I'm a 27-year-old looking for a flatmate to share a place with. I came across spare room. com and am really interested in what it has to offer.

A bit about me: I work full-time with alternating morning and back shifts, which keeps me pretty busy. I enjoy gaming, occasional nights out, and sometimes game nights. I’m quite a chilled guy, who’s looking for a flat mate or room to rent!

Currently, I’m staying with friends and family, but I’m hoping to find a flat where I can have my own room. I have family that live in Gilmerton, inch and moredun area so if you're nearby, that would be perfect!

I’m currently in search of a place and would love to chat and potentially meet up to view any available flats. It would be great to discuss details such as move-in dates and whether you generally accept rent payments weekly or monthly. I’d also like to know how long you’d be willing to hold a room while we arrange the necessary deposit, and if there’s a contract involved.
