Looking for a room for the new year

Hey! I’m Rosie and having to move from my current house at the end of the year as my landlord is selling and looking for a friendly place to live in January

I’ll be 30 next month and have been in brighton 5 years, I work in fashion and love to cook and craft in my spare time and come with a bread maker in tow. I’m friendly and outgoing but had my party time in my early 20s and want somewhere cosy to come home to. My partner lives just outside brighton and I stay there a few times a week and he will occasionally stay the night in Brighton with me.

I’m looking for a double room with a budget around £700, I’m flexible on the area but ideally in walking distance to lewes road where I work. It would also be nice to live with people the same age and temperament. Ideally I’d love to live with women again as I’m a big girls girl but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Late December/early Jan is the ideal move time for me but or the right place I’d be willing to wait a bit.
