PhD Student Seeking Room near University of Exeter

Hi everyone!

I’m a 27-year-old male PhD student from China, arriving in Exeter for a research visit at the University of Exeter’s Streatham Campus. I’m looking for a comfortable and friendly household to join from around 7th December 2025, for a stay of 3–4 months.

A little about me:

· Easy-going, respectful, and tidy
· Non-smoker, non-drinker, no pets
· Enjoy walking, exploring the city, occasional gaming, and keeping active with fitness
· Currently learning English and keen to improve through casual conversation
· Happy to share common spaces and get to know my housemates

What I’m looking for:

· A furnished room, ideally within walking distance to Streatham Campus and/or St Davids train station
· Budget: up to £220 per week (bills included)
· All-week access to kitchen and reliable internet
· Friendly and easy-going housemates — students or professionals are welcome!
