Room wanted - from September x

Hi, I'm Jessica, a 30-year-old professional relocating to Liverpool to begin a Master's degree at the University of Liverpool this September.

I'm looking for a room to rent from around 6th September, with a budget of £300–£500 per month (bills included preferred, but negotiable). As I'll be studying full-time, I'll be exempt from council tax.

I'm clean, tidy and considerate, and enjoy living in a calm, respectful home. Outside of studying, I like keeping active through running, hiking and getting outdoors, as well as cooking vegan meals. I enjoy being friendly and sociable, whilst also appreciating a peaceful household where everyone respects each other's space.

Ideally, I'm looking for a quiet, welcoming house share with good transport links to the University of Liverpool or within walking/cycling distance (preferred).
