Looking for a room with parking

A young professional who is looking for accommodation within Lincolnshire, preferably close to Rand, LN8 5NJ. I am moving from Wales for work and have excellent references from previous lettings. It would be highly preferable if parking is available.

I am extroverted who enjoys working out, riding motorbikes and reading. I do play video games on occasion when I get the chance. I enjoy going to the pub on occasion but also enjoy quiet nights. A non smoker.

I would like to live with other fellow professionals, I am easy going and sociable. I like to respect the place where I am staying so I am a clean person. I am looking to move in sometime in Mid/ Late August
