Hello, I'm a responsible, 41-year-old female professional looking for a peaceful double room or en-suite in a quiet area of South London, ideally in Purley or Banstead.

A bit about me: I work as a dog groomer and have a deep love for animals and nature. I am a non-smoker and am not a party person; I value a calm and tidy home environment. I'm hoping to find a quiet household with non-smoking flatmates (a maximum of 2 would be ideal).

My top priority is being within walking distance of a large park for quiet walks and relaxation.
