Looking for flatmates for the new year.

Hi! My name is Manuel, I am originally from Washington state in the U. S. I am a young professional in wealth management moving to London in December. Looking for one or a few flatmates who are cleanly, sociable, and want to live in or near Clapham.

I enjoy working out, traveling, and trying new bars/ restaurants. On weekdays I typically work 7 AM to 5 PM and then try to keep healthy by going to the gym. On weekends I like to explore new places, parks, and farmers markets. I’m open to grabbing drinks or food with friends and house mates or just being house mates. I’m very easy going, very cleanly, and tend to enjoy some peace in quiet after busy work days.
