Science video maker seeking bright calm flatshare

Hi, I’m Niba, 29, a science video producer moving from San Francisco to London in January. I’m looking for a room in a friendly and peaceful flat in [in order of preference] **between Finsbury Park and Tufnell Park, Islington, Angel, Tufnell Park, Kentish Town.**

I’ll be working remotely, so I spend weekdays at home and really value natural light. A bathtub would be a lovely bonus, and a small garden or outdoor area would be nice but not essential.

🌞 I’m extoverted, tidy, an early riser, and I like to start my mornings outside with outdoor workouts, yoga, or mat pilates. I love reading, visiting museums, and drinking tea. A small dream is to build a little conversation tea bar for gong fu style tea sessions with friends and flatmates.

🐾 In Feb, my 2 cats, Osmosis and Homeostasis, will join me from the US. Their relocation paperwork and vaccinations are already sorted. They’re affectionate, people-loving, and indoor-only. Osmosis especially likes to be part of the action. They’re not used to closed doors, and I keep their space spotless.
