Looking for a safe home

A safe and secure home to focus on work, with no overwheming distractions, invasion of privacy or conflict of business interest is a I ask from a landlord. Maintenance visits aren't an issue, but it should not be a reason/excuse for harrassment. Don't want to spend time reporting issues such as heating, fixtures and fittings. Only interested in all bills included. Has to be top floor. Committed to making the effort to take good care of the space as I aways do.
