Looking for sociable house share or buddy up

I’m 25 and about to start a 9-5 in town next week. Ideally I’d like to live around Withington / Chortlon / Burton Road / Didsbury / Whalley range as I like quiter more community focused areas.

I’m easy going and sociable but am also happy in my own company. Im looking for a house share or buddy that is also sociable and down to do things together. I like a pub trip / being out in nature / crafts. I studied environmental policy for my masters so feel passionately on environmentalism and sustainability 🌱

A double room is a must that is a decent size as lack of room and storage is why I’m moving out of my current house :( Also a place where everyone gets on and does things together as I want somewhere to feel like home. Also ideally with a garden for the summertime but this is not a deal breaker.
