Looking for friendly flatmates (No live-in l’lord)

Hi, I’m Charis, I’m looking for some friendly housemates to either move in with or look for a new let with. (I’m not interested in living with a live-in-landlord)

I’m looking for a clean friendly house with housemates who want to be friends and not just strangers you pass in the hallway. Ideally I’m looking for a large double room with plenty of light for my many houseplants. I work part from home/part in the office but it’s quite variable. Budget is max £1100 incl bills, but something cheaper would be more than welcome.

I enjoy sitting in and watching a film or trashy tv but I also love a pub quiz. I enjoy cooking and baking, even though I’m not great at it but practice makes perfect right? I love animals so very happy to share a place with someone’s pet!

Ideally looking to move mid-Jan but I’ll be moving out of my family home so I’m in no rush.
