Looking to move in immediately into a modern flat

Hey, im a law and bar course graduate, looking for a female flatmate only to share a 2-bedroom flat with 2 separate bathrooms, potentially with a balcony too. ’m genuinely serious about moving soon and already have a few great options lined up. I’m very open to discussing the budget and location to find something that works well for both of us. I’m super chill, clean, and easy to get along with. All I want is to share a comfortable space where we can co-exist peacefully and make the place feel like home :)
