Calm Japanese freelancer looking for a room

Hi, I’m Kazuki, a 31-year-old Japanese freelancer.
I’ll arrive around the third week of December on a YMS visa and plan to stay for about two years, working freelance and part-time.
I’m calm, tidy, and quiet — no drinking, smoking, or parties. You can think of me as a monk with a laptop.
My hobbies are drawing and photography, and I mostly spend time working, reading, or gaming RPGs.
It’ll be my first flatshare, so I might ask a few basic questions along the way — thanks for your patience.
