Seeking a Spacious Double Room or Flatshare from 25th of November within 40 minutes of Victoria station, NORTH of the river.

Hello everyone,
I’m Giampaolo, a 31-year-old professional working in live merchandise events in Victoria area. I’m currently looking for a spacious double room (3x4 Meters, either way) or a flatshare, depending on the property, within north of the river

Essential requirements

+ Room has to be at least 3x4 Meters either ways.
+A bathtub
+A decently sized kitchen (no kitchenettes or very small spaces)
+Fast broadband (already installed or available in the area)
+ Big-sized wardrobe
+Within a reasonable distance from National express stops ( as I travel to STN & LTN twice a month)
+ Space for a DJ table
+NO sublets
+ NO short-term rentals

Preferred features (not dealbreakers)

+No carpet (in the room or flat)
+Garden or patio
+Good sound insulation (no thin walls)
+Modern furnishings

I have a variable work schedule, so my days off can fall on either weekdays or weekends.
I’m very easy-going, sociable, and considerate, with a good sense of humor. I enjoy a relaxed evening with flatmates — movie nights, gaming, or a drink — but I also value quiet time when needed.

My interests include modelling, cooking, motorsports, gaming, music, and DJing.

Available to move from November 25th onwards.
