Visiting PhD researcher looking for a room

Hello!
My name is Manuel, and I’m a PhD researcher in Chemistry at the University of Parma (Italy). From January to July 2026, I’ll be spending six months at the Aerospace Engineering Department, University of Bristol, for a research collaboration.

I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable room in a shared flat or house, ideally:

Available for 6 months (start around 1st January);

Budget: around £600–£700/month, bills included (flexible depending on location and setup).

About me:

26 years old, tidy and responsible;

Non-smoker, quiet but friendly;

Used to shared living and respectful of others’ space and schedules;

I’ll be spending most of my weekdays at the lab, and I’m just looking for a nice place to rest and focus on my research.
References from my current landlord in Italy or university can be provided if needed.
