I’m Fraser, 30, currently living in London and looking for a more permanent living arrangement. I am currently funemployed and on the interview circuit with a background in workforce and stadium projects. I’m looking for a comfortable room in a friendly flat share where people are considerate, clean and easy to live with. Ideally somewhere within Zones 1–2, somewhere near the Northern/Victoria line but I’m open to location as long as there’s decent transport links.

I’m a tidy, respectful and an easygoing housemate. I often have a fairly active schedule, but I really value having a calm and welcoming home to come back to. I enjoy a chat in the kitchen or a drink at the pub, but I also appreciate personal space and a relaxed household vibe. I’m not a big partier at home, and I keep shared areas clean without being fussy. I am very houseproud and considerate of all those around me.

Outside of work, I’m into music, sport, travelling and exploring new neighbourhoods. I’ve lived in shared houses for years and genuinely enjoy the community aspect when people are considerate and communicate well.

I am looking for housemates who are friendly, mature and respectful who enjoy spending time together but also considerate of each others space.
