Description
Hi! I’m Amélie. I’m studying Art History at Central Saint Martins and looking to buddy up with someone friendly, tidy, and considerate for a lovely flat share (preferably) in Zone 1-2 South West.
About me:
Budget: up to £1,600 pcm.
Move-in: late June / early July (flexible)
I’m very calm, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I love galleries, museums, long walks, art, evenings in, and good conversations. I’m not a clubbing/late night person and would love a home that feels peaceful and comfortable. Somewhere we can both have our own space but still enjoy a friendly atmosphere.
I’m often busy with university/work, so I appreciate a quiet environment, but I also enjoy chatting in the evenings or at weekends.
Practical things:
I don’t smoke or do drugs.
I don’t drink alcohol, but completely fine if you do.
Pescatarian, but no issue if you eat meat.
Happy to live with professionals or students.
No gender preference.
Happy to discuss council tax arrangements if that is a barrier.
I’ve lived both alone and in flat shares before, so I’m very used to shared living and being considerate. I take the bins out, clean communal areas, etc.
I can provide references.
I absolutely love cats, so if you have one, I’d be very happy.
Preferred areas: Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, Marylebone, Bloomsbury, Clerkenwell, the City of London, Fulham.
If this sounds like a good fit, please message me! I’d love to chat!
