Historian/Tutor/Writer/Filmmaker will work 4 room

Hello. My name is Dr Jessica Urquhart. I am looking for a room with a private bathroom if possible but at worst at least a private bedroom as I'm autistic and need space to recharge after busy work days. I'm a lesbian afab non binary person. I'm a professional. I am a disabled historian of disability who recently graduated from St Andrews with my doctorate in history. I need to do long term research in London at the National Archives, British Library and other locations to complete more than 1 peer reviewed article for publication. I am also looking for uni teaching work in the London area and privacy to finish my current WIP novel. I do history tiktoks and media work which London offers many locations to complete content with. As someone disabled and working class despite being a professional I currently have a very small budget currently as a freelance historian/writer/filmmaker currently but I am willing to offer up to 25 hours work a week especially tutoring anyone of any age in history, English and other humanities topics. I will consider other work if it's not likely to make my health worse (like hard labour) in exchange for accommodation in central or west London. I would likely need to stay a few months but I would be willing to stay any other length. I am 32 so you would not be housing an annoying student wanting to party. I don't go to nightclubs or have parties. I'm a bit of a quiet, reserved loser to be honest haha. In me you'll find a hardworking, quiet and tidy tenant or house sharer.
