Currently seeking residence in North east London

Looking for a double room with an en suite or affordable studio. If shared space, fewer flat mates preferred as I enjoy a more peaceful environment. I do not make a lot noise and spend a lot of time creating art work. Don’t mind pets as I love animals as long as communal spaces are kept clean. Access to occasional garden space would be appreciated, but not necessary. I am extremely clean and tidy and mutual respect when using shared spaces is a must. I love conversation and am very respectful of others views and opinions. Of no religious background but strong moral fibre. Can provide references.
