Hello! I’m a University of Bristol veterinary student who will be based at the Langford campus. I don’t drive, so I’m hoping to find a self-contained annexe or studio within a 10–15 minute walk of a U2 bus stop (Congresbury Bridge, Churchill Inn, or Langford Veterinary School stop).
Budget: Up to £650 pcm, ideally including bills.
Move-in: July 2026 or September 2026.
I am quiet, tidy, non-smoking, and usually out for long days during clinical rotations. I’m very respectful of household routines and privacy, and I like to keep my living space neat.
I would prefer:
Private bathroom
Own entrance if possible
Kitchenette (or mostly independent living arrangement)
I’m happy to provide references from previous accommodation or academic staff.
