I recently completed my MA in Art History, finishing my course in September. My student visa is valid until 31 January 2026, and I’ll be applying for a PSW visa in January to stay and work in London.

I’ve just returned to London and am currently job hunting, but I’m financially stable and able to pay rent monthly or upfront for three to six months if preferred.

I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and like to keep my home clean and tidy. I enjoy a calm, relaxed environment and often cook at home.

I’m a respectful, easy-going and considerate person with good communication skills. My interests include reading, design, and spending time in parks.

Ideally, I’d like to live in a place with no more than four people in total and not with the landlord. If there are more than four, I’d prefer a flat with multiple bathrooms. I’m open to 2B1B or 2B2B flats.

Areas I’m interested in: Islington, Hackney, Dalston, Bethnal Green, and Wimbledon.

Budget: around £800–£1,200 per month (bills included preferred).

I’m available to move in immediately and looking for a minimum six-month or one-year contract.
